What are your COVID safety precautions?

As you would expect, we're taking extra care on top of our already strict sanitation and food-safety measures.

Our staff is fully vaccinated, always wear masks, and submit to daily temperature reading. Workstations have been reoriented to provide a safe distance of a minimum of 10 feet between them. Any staff member with a temperature or symptoms is sent home for at least 10-days or until cleared by a doctor. We continue to monitor this policy per CDC guidelines.

Delivery vans are sanitized daily, and steering wheels and door handles are sanitized between deliveries. We also understand that each client’s facility is different. We will work through any details with you to ensure that all Covid-19 catering procedures for your workplace/venue are followed.

What days do you provide catering?

Because our focus is corporate drop-off catering, we only operate Monday through Friday.

How much notice do you need?

Although orders are accepted up until 2:00 PM the prior business day for the next day, orders are taken on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Due to limits to capacity, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be accepted.

Do you require a minimum order?

All orders require a $200.00 minimum for food and/or beverage.

Do you offer service personnel?

We can arrange for staffing for your events upon request. Please contact one of our catering coordinators for pricing and details.

What is your policy on cancellations or reductions in numbers?

Cancellations or reductions in numbers require 24 hours' notice. Orders canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client. Custom menus, reception items, or events for 50 guests or more may require 48-hours’ notice for reductions or cancellations.

What is your policy on pricing?

Due to the volatile nature of food and fuel prices, menu pricing is subject to change without notice.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments may be processed prior to delivery at our discretion. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions.

Corporate accounts are available by completing an application & providing a credit card number. Credit terms for our corporate clients are net 21 days & require a credit card number on file. Interest will be charged on all outstanding invoices beyond 30 days.

How do you handle delivery?

We require a 30-minute delivery window for all orders. Online orders may be delivered up to 30 minutes prior to the selected delivery time. We cannot make deliveries between 9:00-10:00 AM to allow time to load the delivery vans for lunch deliveries. If no one is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled 30-minute window, the driver will leave and return after completing the rest of their deliveries.

Do you deliver to private residences?

Our focus is corporate catering, so we do not deliver to houses or private residences unless prior arrangements are made. In the event that we are able to deliver to a house or private residence, it must be cart accessible.

What do you charge for delivery to Northern Virginia or DC?

For deliveries before 3 pm, the charge depends on the number of guests and the complexity of the order.

• Parties of 8 to 30 guests: $30 (Cold Menu); $40 (Hot Menu)

• Parties of 31 to 70 guests: $40 (Cold Menu); $50 (Hot Menu)

• Parties of 71+ guests: Delivery fee based on the complexity of the order

Delivery fees are doubled for deliveries after 3pm due to traffic and overtime expenses.

Do you provide plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery?

We offer disposable China-looking plates and silver-looking cutlery roll-ups for $2.50 per person. We also have the option of compostable plates and cutlery upon request.

• Paper Tablecloths (for a 6-foot table) - $4.00 each. Specify purple or white.

Enhance your buffet presentation with ceramic platters at a cost of $35 per 50 guests. Requires round-trip delivery charges.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a product or the service you received or you did not receive part of your catering order, please call the office and we will be more than willing to speak with you about how we can resolve the problem. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction.

What equipment do you provide?

Coffee pots and creamers are loaned at no charge. They will be picked up either the same day or the following business day. Customers will be charged reasonable replacement costs for any lost or broken equipment. We do not have in-house equipment such as tables, chairs, linen, flatware, etc, however, we can arrange for rental and delivery of such items via a third-party company.

What if we have certain allergies and dietary restrictions?

It is important to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can do our best to ensure the safety of your guests. Please note, we are not a gluten, nut, or dairy-free catering company and as a result, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination cannot occur. We make every effort to honor the menu descriptions.

What is your snow policy?

We know how stressful foul weather can be and how a frightening forecast can make it hard to plan your catering. We hope that you understand that these situations are stressful for us as well. We’ve had to implement the following revised policies:

If you need to cancel your order due to the weather forecast, we MUST receive notice to by 3:00PM on the prior business day.

If the order is not canceled, we will prepare the food as ordered and deliver it to you as scheduled.

In extremely rare instances of weather so severe that we can’t risk the safety of our drivers, no charges will be applied. We will notify you if that step becomes necessary. this policy applies only to weather emergencies. Otherwise, our normal 24 to 48-hour cancellation policies are still enforced under normal circumstances.
